Thought it was Red Eye, Radstar?
Sgt. Johnny Beaufort: He says, "The Apaches are a great race," sir. "They've never been conquered. But it is not well for a nation to be always at war. The young men die... the women sing sad songs... and the old ones are hungry in the winter."

    Red Eye - 3/5

Cillian Murphy looks to be one of the next great bad guys. Two great villian performances this summer.

Flight Line. I saw a HUGE Flight Line poster standing right by the door on my way in the room to watch Sky High. I stopped and looked at it. Uh... what's the movie we're seeing now?

You mean Flightplan, Stef, with Jodie Foster?

    The Machinist - 4.5 / 5

Perfect performance from Bale. I can't believe all the weight he lost for this role. It was almost difficult to watch at times.

Yes, that's it. Flightplan. Man, my memory's fading. All the binary arithmetic is replacing my memory part of the brain.

    Thank you, editbabe.

Here's something new I came up for you.

    Haiku Review:

    Layer Cake (3/5)-

    Tell me the story
I do not know what happened
    At least it looked cool

    The Transporter (2/5)-

    Fight scene, chase, fight scene
    Dumb, mindless romance subplot
    Statham is the man

    Serpico (5/5)-

    Based on true story
    Al Pacino is a cop
    Takes down the corrupt

    Sunset Boulevard (5/5)-

    Out of work writer
Stays at house of old actress
    Creepiness insues

    The Dukes of Hazzard - 4 /5

Alright I loved it. I was very young when the show was on TV but I was a fan. The movie isn't quite how I remember things but it's a pretty good update. It doesn't seem to take itself too seriously and I think that's why it works. Johnny Knoxville and Scott are both great but the real star of the show is the General Lee. You can also really see Broken Lizard's sense of humour through out the movie and the guys make a brief appearance as well.

The Wedding Crashers. I liked it a lot - usually enjoy anything with Vince Vaughn in.

    The Transporter 2 - 2.5 /5

Great fight scenes but when it comes to some of the car stunts, reality was thrown out of the window.
