    Battlestar Galactica (2003 mini) 4.5/5

Never saw the original BSG from '78, but this was great. I'm starting with the 2004 series (season 1) tonight...

A History of Violence - decent tight little thriller which slowed down toward the end and did not deserve being named by dozens and dozens of critics as one of 2005's best movies!!

    Saw - 2.5 / 5

I finally got around to seeing the first one, still have not seen the second. It was decent. Not at all scary as some have stated, more of a gory thriller rather than horror. Considering the budget they did a good job. It had a neat little twist at the end.
You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

ok, i've seen Syriana and quite liked it - somehow it's only "4", cause first halfanhour is really dull. Few words about Saw 2 - it really sucks. Yeah, small budget etc - but where's something that could be called an idea? It's even not scary, it's dumb

oh SawII, oh yes.. I only saw a copy from the net (couldnt wait 3 more month before it comes to my cinema) and I have to agree, it is dumb
But the ending had a little surprise. But the main problem are the actors. Most of them are so horrible, not even close to saw1.

    V for Vendetta - 5/5

Not completly true to the book, but that was to be expected. I thought the movie was wonderful in nearly every way.
