Girls Just Want to Have Fun (1985)

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089208/

fun 80s movie with a 19 year old Sarah Jessica Parker, a 20 year old Helen Hunt, a 13 year old Shannen Doherty and if you watch it carefully, you will see cameo appearances by 19 year old Robert Downey Jr. (who was dating Sarah at the time in real life) and 22 year old Gina Gershon

The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957)

    5/5

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050212/

It's easy to see why this film won Best Picture in 1958.

Just like the final dialogue at the end of the film, there is only one word to describe this movie: MADNESS!

Definitely a study of Human character when faced with captivity and freedom in War, the line between right and wrong, honor and dishonor become blurred to the point of Madness!!

    No Strings Attached (2011)

    starring Natalie Portman

    3.75/5

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1411238/

    compared to 2 other movies I watched in the past 2 months, of the same genre with similar stories, Friends With Benefits with Mila Kunis and Love And Other Drugs with Anne Hathaway;

    I enjoyed this one more!!

Between Mila and Anne and Natalie, I take Natalie first!!

    The Exorcist (1973)

    4/5

the 132 min Director's Cut never shown in Theater

this is my first complete viewing of this film

before today, I've seen bits and pieces of it on TV, edited and cut

I am sorry to say but I was not scared, shocked, disgusted, nauseated one bit by this film

I guess I've seen too many horror films and too much real life blood and gore in my lifetime

    no good, eh?

I just brought home the DVD last night from work.

    Guess I won't watch it.

Plus from watching the trailer, I find that kid in it annoying!!

I just updated the Evangeline thread in the GG forum.

Added new photos, fixed broken links going back 3 years, replaced some photos that no longer shows.
