    The Reader - 5/5

Who loves Kate Winslet?! I'm in first row!

BTW. Do you know, some parts of the movie was set in Goerlitz, German bordertown with Poland? Interesting. It's only 200 km from me.

So far I saw 4 movies from this years Best Picture category:

Frost/Nixon - 3/5 - Frank Langella was good but not that good IMO.

The Reader - 4/5 - Just give her that Oscar already!!

Milk - 4.5/5 - I'm really surprised by this movie. Sean Penn is fantastic. It's one of Van Sant's best movies. Not as powerful as the Elephant but also very good.

Slumdog Millionaire - 4.5/5 - It's very fresh. Great cinematography, music, editing. I just wasn't that convinced by the story.

I reserved my 5/5 for Benjamin Button I will see it on Friday

Such a dissappointment, A bit sugarcoated. I give a half a point for Angela Basset and Jamal Woolard (B.I.G.). No one else in this movie reminded me of any of the characters they were supposed to be playing.

    Yes Man 3/5
Granted I was not expecting much. So I laughed alittle louder then I would have. Nice to see Carey in a pointless comedy again.

"Suddenly I heard a tapping, as of someone gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. You heard me rapping, Right?"
