    The Expendables - 4 / 5

There's not much of a plot, the dialogue is weak and cheesy at times and it's violent as hell which is exactly what I was expecting and got. Stallone did a great job making an 80's action movie which is what this is.
You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

The reason I didn't rate it higher, is because I felt like it could have benefited from a longer running time.
it was 107 min, at least it's still better than some of these Hollywood movies lately at 89 min or shorter so they can have more showings per day

Slow and methodical. Some gorgeous shots, you can tell that Corbijn is a photographer. It's going to piss more than a few people off going in expecting something that this movie is not.

A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) - 5/10 A letdown... No more Michael Bay remakes for me!
Predators - 6/10 It has nothing new to offer the Predator series. It's just Part One Redux.

Ben proves that Gone Baby Gone wasn't a fluke. The boy can direct. Great story that's tightly told with great performances from every single cast member.

Not as good as the first one but better than the second. Has nothing to do with the AvP series.

I thought it was better than the 2nd one and definitely better than those AVP movies
