    a concept art for the film FLORA PLUM. Set to be directed by Jodie Foster and starring Clair Danes, Meryll Streep and Russell Crowe. The story is about a penniless girl (Danes) in the 1930's who's taken in by a circus freak (Crowe), who makes her a star and falls in love with her.

    The film itself has had many problems getting it's way to the big screen. Originally principal photography was set to start in October 2000 but it was postponed because of Russell Crowe's shoulder injury. Production is now scheduled to start this fall or in January 2004 with a winter 2004 release most likely.

    Concept artist/designer and sculptor Miles Teves worked on some early concept designs for the film. This particluar concept is of the 'circus freak' know as The Beast aka Jake who's covered in coarse hair. Russell Crowe will portray this role.

    And from hairy Crowe to stark Crowe there's a film where he rides a horse naked. And one of Geogre Clooney's film roles is...distrubing.
