what?! no way man! the movie experience for me has gotta be purely passive (no pressing buttons!).. and just knowing that the scene exists would make it impossible to pass forward. i know, i'm waaaay too anal about it all.

although i guess if i could edit out the new scenes and burn it on a new dvd that would be just as good. but of course, i would need a dvd burner for that...

hehehe.... its fun showing u guys the German translations of these movies ... the packaging is made with german, but once u insert the DVD there is always an option to have it in english...

I loved that scene, what got on my nerves was that when they released the vid in Britain they cut the scene with the automated guns.:mad: Its back for the DVD though.:bday:

Hmm.. actually i dislike the auto guns scene more than the newt scene. why? b/c when they put that scene in, it releases the tension that's slowly building up as the crew is just hanging out in science lab bunker. it at least for me it was like that. some ppl feel like it makes it more exciting knowing that they're constantly (or at least, more often) under attack.

the only added scene i really like is the extended scene in the space station above earth at the beginning of the movie. those were good.

I just like the original the most.

I was about to get Star Wars 2 DVD then I saw The Scorpion King... then I saw Willow. TOo many good movies to choose from.
Good thing about todays buy was that it was very cheap. Willow was AU$30 & the I-Max Trilogy Boxset was only AU$25. <<<< WOOT WOOT WOOT
