yeah i think he would be good for the franchise...

radstar... dear radstar.. the rock has about as much personality as a block of cheese... his head is disproportionate to the rest of his head.. its sort of narrow at the top.. which i can understand cause well .. obviously to be a wrestler something up their has to be missing.. and well.. he speaks like someone trying to impersonate a walrus taking a ****!

i dont mind you swooning over him.. but not bond please for the love of god dont mention the rock and bond in the same sentance again

I remember back when Brosnan was first announced as the next James Bond, there were a few rumors going around about the next movie (which turned out to be "Goldeneye").

One of the rumors was that Sean Connery was not only going to play the bad guy, but also be Bond's long-lost father. Obviously, this did not happen, but I am still waiting for this movie to be made.

    doesn't this say it all?
Actually, a lot of people think that what Clive is doing now is really smart. Now, EON and company will have to offer Clive more $$$ for him to take the part, since he knows that the fans want him to helm as Bond. Smart move, Clive!!!!

Just heard on the radio right now that Hugh Jackman is now the top contendor for the next 007 movie.

Don't really see that happening. He was calm & cool in Swordfish but not suave! still would rather Clive but only time will tell.
