    Tom Cruise is the contract killer and Jamie Foxx is the cab driver, right? Does this mean that Tom Cruise is EVIL (read. bad guy) in this movie? Is that even possible?

    I think the photo suggests Cruise to be the cap-driver.

    I think the photo suggests that Cruise is most likely not the cab driver. Cab drivers don't wear suits, and most certianly don't look like Tom Cruise in that picture. And Mr. Cruise is clearly stepping out from a rear door. And I remember reading somewhere that Jamie Foxx replaced Adam Sandler in the role of the cab driver.
