if you were almost a billionaire... i'm sure 30 million doesn't mean that much to you... and he just wanted the whole lies and problem to end.

if he is a child molestor... then wouldn't the kid's family want him in prison where he couldn't molest another kid anymore???? it's all money.....

the kid who is accusing him "now" said there's a video proof of michael molesting him. they already raided his house and where is the video?

he's innocent... that's my opinion... but if there is proofs then i'll believe he's guilty... that is only when i'll believe it...

Exactly radstar... I don't know if he's innocent or guilty, but yes, if you're a billionaire, 30 million is pocket change, I can easily see him paying that to make the whole thing go away... whether he did anything or not.

and i think so too, why would i pay 30 million $ for something i didn't do, especially with such a case. i'd do anything to make people believe me when i say that i'm not pedophile, so i really wouldn't pay 30 million to avoid a trial, it really looks like he had something to hide.

Because an innocent person is never found guilty? In fact, in this day and age if you are innocent you're stuffed!!!

To be honest I don't really think MJ was guilty before, as Radsat said, if your child was molested would you just accept a little pay off? but I do believe he probably would have been found guilty.

However I do have to note that Michaele Jackson was denying that he had molested the kids, and then in the same interview saying that he's never had any plastic seurory beyong one litytle bit on his nose. You have got to wander where the lies end.

I still firmly believe he's unstable though, and shouldn't be allowed around kids.

He wuz denying because like I said, he wuz innocent...

And the fact about plastic surgery, i believe his nose IS the only thing he had done. What else? And why would he lie about it? Okay if he lied about it, then he's stupid.

The thing is he looks so messed up now and he looks like he had gone overboard w/ surgeries. But it makes sense, he used some special cream to turn white... tatoos to look more dangerous... he lost weight in the face.... heck i look at my picture when i wuz 18 and my cheeks were more puffier than now...

Unless you mean "beyond ONE little bit on his nose", then I don't believe that at all. I'm sure he had numerous of surgeries done on his nose. He's just too ashamed of it. Like I watched The Real World once and this girl wuz too ashamed to tell a soul that she had a boob job.

So overall, he is innocent.... He is out of jail now. He paid the bail dues. They raided his house unexpectedly while he wuz out of town. Still no evidence.....

I do find it weird that Liz Taylor and Liza Minelli is backing up their support. There is a strangeness roaming in the air.... I guess we'll find that out soon...

I totally agree w/ ya... the fact about shouldn't be around kids. He's so weird! Look at his residence! They showed some videos on the news today.. it's a video tour of his estate and house... It showed a bedroom with a bunch of pictures of little kids (normal pics) and stuffed animals on each steps of his stairway... and it also showed a bed and it wuz kinda messed up. It wuzn't made and there wuz bunch of toys on it.... Something like that.. He's like a kid himself!!!!

You see, he's a big kid himself. He doesn't wanna be a grown up man.

And the thing with his looks.. he wuz just becoming more and more self-consious and ashamed of his looks. So he just had to make himself feel better by thinking he's improving his looks. But when it doesnt end up that way, he keeps at it. He put on too much of those "special" white cream on himself (or he paid doctors to do it...?)

But anyways, I still like him. I will always be a fan of his music and him (but only him in the past... his old music videos and all). And I believe he is one sweet man. Everything he does just bombs even tho he doesn't intend to....

That is how I see him. And I just realized how long this is so I'm gonna shut up now..

Now that's not exactly a flawless prediction, but, he has defenitely had a lot of Plastic seorgery all over his face. The pigmentation I sceptically believed, the rest is fake.

Besides which, I wasn't refering to him wanting to be a kid when I called him unstable, I was refering t a certain balcony incident. MJ is an insane guy, needs to get mental help as anyone not famous would get when they mutalate themselves that much, and should not be given access to every young child who says "I wanna meet MJ". He doesn't een have any talent any more. Shame really.

It's a little premature to be jumping to conclusions like that.
We have no idea what evidence they have.
We don't even know what the (exact) charge is.

Until this goes to court, and the DA presents his/her case, we know nothing.

Stop listening to the media, and wait for the facts.

Troubled star Michael Jackson is suing the private jet company who allegedly secretly filmed him as he traveled to face child molestation charges in California last Thursday. Jackson's lawyer Mark Geragos has confirmed the singer has filed a lawsuit against Xtrajet after it was discovered the plane they leased to Jackson for his journey from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara contained two hidden video cameras, which filmed the pair talking during the flight. The recording was then reportedly offered for sale to the media, who have offered blanket coverage of the ongoing police investigation into allegations Jackson sexually molested a 12-year-old boy. Geragos says, "The videotaping of my client conferring with me was illegal and outrageous." The lawyer has also secured a temporary barring order from a Los Angeles Superior Court judge which bans Xtrajet from showing, duplicating or selling the tape. A spokesperson for Xtrajet comments, "We did not ask a price from anybody. We were just trying to figure out the most ethical thing to do. We made no decision because we had Michael's best interest in mind, as we would any of our passengers."

Michael Jackson's legal team have been dealt a major boost as they prepare to fight molestation claims against him - the singer was cleared of any sexual abuse against his accuser in an investigation earlier this year. Social workers and police launched a probe into the Thriller star's relationship with a 12-year-old boy in February, after the boy admitted he shared Jackson's bed on journalist Martin Bashir's controversial TV documentary. But a leaked internal government memo has revealed authorities concluded the allegations were unfounded, after the boy in question assured investigators Jackson never molested him at his Neverland ranch home in Santa Barbara, California. Defense lawyers are now confident the singer will defeat new charges brought by the boy and his mother, because the prosecution will have to prove the boy was either sexually abused in the nine months since the probe or he was lying at the time of the original investigation. One legal insider says, "This will be devastating when it comes to court. If they prove [the boy] lied, Jackson's legal team would then be able to show his evidence is unreliable." Jackson is currently free on $3 million bail after being booked on counts of committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. He is scheduled to be arraigned January 9.
