    Batman Forever - trailer (640x480)

Well, I got ahold of a rare DVD with this great trailer on it, so I hope you guys like it! This isn't on any DVD for the movie or as a bonus on another DVD, so that's why this is so rare!

    [EDIT]
    Changed to new widescreen transfer.

    Batman Forever trailer
    640x360 38.7 MB

    OMG!!!

Thank you so much, Mark! You're awesome!

Mark, please tell us what that rare DVD of yours is. Please please please (just for curiosity).

And could you please FTP the VOB onto the M-L server?

I'll do the 'I'm not worthy' thing if you want.

    Question

Is this trailer that good? The movie wasn't.
I'll download it anyway, of course.

It's from an old Hollywood Studios DVD sampler (circa 1997) I found on eBay that I probably paid too much for, but I couldn't resist getting the Batman Forever trailer.

    :big grin:

    Thank heaven for eBay.

Speaking of which I actually bought a 35mm version of this exact trailer on... (guess where).

Now if and only if there exists a VOB version of the 3.5-minute Trailer A somewhere in the world...

Or better still, release the damn Batman 1-3 SEs Warner Bros (with all trailers and TV spots of course)!

    Nice quality.

However, I just want to point out, again, that the trailers for all four Batman movies are on the DVD-ROM portion of the Wild Wild West DVD as 320x??? .mpg files... rather high resolution for 320x trailers. I'd post them somewhere but I don't have room (the smallest trailer, if memory serves, is still over 20 MB, and the largest is close to 35 MB).

Also located on the DVD are trailers for other "based on TV" movies, including The Fugitive, U.S. Marshalls, The Avengers, and Maverick.

Again, sorry I can't post them... I just don't have the web space.

Don't worry, corfy. All Batman trailers are in Quicktime (same frame size, ie 320x240 pixels) available to DL from the Warner Bros website.

    Direct links here

(Yes shameless self-promo this is )

BTW it looks like the MPEG trailers are only on the R1 DVD - I rent a R4 version of Wild Wild West coupla months ago hoping to rip them, only that the MPEG files are nowhere to be found. Costed me 4 bucks to rent the sh*thouse movie too (Only thing worthy to watch is the opening title sequence).
