    Strongly (but respectfully) disagree.

For movie reviews the KEY site is metacritic.com. Rotten Tomatoes posts reviews written by every hack out there. Metacritic only posts the ones by respected reviewers and then gives you a movie's critic score based on their weighted average. Plus, their layout is so much nicer and user-friendly than Tomatoes'. I've been using it for years; strongly recommended.

For movie news also check out moviecitynews.com. This has some great stuff, and its well-organized. The columists are interesting (Dave Polland's Hot Button rocks!). Plus there's the Geek News site, that isn't the most comprehensive, but breaks some stories before the other sites.

Finally, make sure when you visit IMDB you go to their daily Studio Briefing page us.imdb.com/news/sb. Great daily summary that often breaks the latest news. Updated every weekday around 13:00 CST.

You must be talking about the American Film Institute.

Unfortunately, AFI also stands for the Australian Film Institute, and they too have a website (plus a paid member of yours truly).
