You forgot what may be the role most people would remember him for:

The lead terrorist in Air Force One.

I don't: I remembered him as Sid Vicious in Sid & Nancy.

Or Dr Smith in Lost in Space.

you wont be able to compare this to the burton version.... they have completly gone back and changed the origin... from what i can gather (having not read comics) it follows the death of waynes parents as was told from the comics...

i think this might confuse some people especially after batman 1-4 all built on the same story line about the death of waynes parents.. but i am really looking forward to it.. the cast is impressive to say the least...

    From the bbc

It looks like Batman needs a new tailor after Christian Bale ripped his skin-tight caped crusader suit.

The Welsh actor beefed up for the role in 'Batman Begins', but it looks like he bulked up too much - stories from the set say he ripped the first rubber costume and it took three crew members and a bottle of talcum powder to squeeze him into a second one.

ohhh this sounds good :big grin:

“Becks23” alerted us that according to the Morgunbladid newspaper shooting has already finished. The only actors present were Christian Bale (Bruce Wayne) and Liam Neeson (Ducard) with director Christopher Nolan and a crew of 250 people. Becks23 also came a cross a pic of the Batman Begins set in the Icelandic newspaper Frettabladid.

More great news for Batman fans!! It's been rumored for a long time now,now it's official-- Warner Brothers-Home Video are working on new SE dvds of the Batman movies (which ones is not clear). This will coincide with Batman Begins release in 2005. Also expect new dvds of Batman :The Animated Series this year!! All 85 episodes (1992-1995) will be released in seperate season box sets. Another huge request are dvd season boxed sets of the popular Batman live-action series. Apparantely there some legal issues with Fox over this.

You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

Wasnt Gary Oldman the Disformed Millionaire From Hannibal?
Sgt. Johnny Beaufort: He says, "The Apaches are a great race," sir. "They've never been conquered. But it is not well for a nation to be always at war. The young men die... the women sing sad songs... and the old ones are hungry in the winter."

    WTF..... WTF is that?

ok, i don't get the premise of this movie, how diff is it from the other Batman movies, or how diff is it from the comics....

is it s completely diff premise or dimension from the prior movies?

    Yuck!

And from what I can tell, just forget about the other Batman movies when you see this one. The comics reinvent certain aspects of the heroes every few years (the main plot points stay the same, but the details differ), so it is time for the movies to do the same.
