I don't mind the new batmobile look.
It's allot more realistic than the old one.

Realistic? It looks like a tractor.

"And Batman fights crime after a long hard day of working in the fields."

Of course, that would set up some good puns, I suppose.

yeah, that does look kinda ugly but... I like the way they're changing everything i personally think Batman needs a change now. The batmobile isnt that ugly, just the shape of the windsheilds and the huge wheels. But i still think this movie will own

I think you're right on. I wouldn't mind another Tim Burton Batman, but I think the change will be nice.

Also, since they're re-visiting the francise (e.g., Gotham will now be shot on location in NYC and London instead of Gothic Burton sets) they really had to make a wildly different Batmobile. If this Batmobile was at all sleek people would inevitably compare it to the ones from Burton's Batmans.

If I were the lead designer (and thankfully I'm not) when I crossed a tank with a tractor for the new Batmobile I would have leaned more towards the tank look and less towards the tractor. But, hey, Then corfy's "reap what they sow" line wouldn't work, now would it? LOL

I am definately looking forward to this movie and the original Batmobile (the one that is in Batman Begins and not in the comics) sure does lead the way to the Batmobile that we will see in the comics and in future movies! It may not look the greatest but it is Wayne's prototype for future models.

That's exactly what they promised from Day 1, wasn't it?

Yeah. Looks great. I'm mean.. it looks ugly, but that makes it great. It won't be logical for him to have a super shiny high-tech car from the begining.

    Pic:

According to the Exhibitor Relations Co. (ERC), Warner Brothers is setting director Chris Nolan's 'Batman Begins' for release on June 17th, 2005! Looks like the caped crusader will return to theaters sooner than the previously expected 4th of July weekend release date.

Christian Bale is extremely hot. Still, he reminds me of the cold lawful agent from Equilibrium. He was brilliant in that. He has that cute little smile he gives at the end of the movie which will go well in this new Batman. I wouldn't mind seeing him up for the role of 007.

DISAGREE. Batman cannot be James Bond at the same time. Superhero and superspy do not co-exist.

(BTW thought you're not interested in men... )
