ok, i will try to deconstruct the word "UNservey"
"UN" usually means "not" or "non", for example, "undead" means "not dead"
or maybe UN simply means "United Nations"
"servey" ?!?!.. i checked the dictionary and the word does not exist :-( , so my built in spell checker and logic in my brain tells me the actual word ZUBi may have meant was "survey", which means to query in order to collect data for the analysis....
so "UNservey" means "UNsurvey" which means "not" - "surveyed" which means the forum upgrade was not surveyed ...
hehehe.... i got to much time.....
