WMP help needed.

Before I updated my computer it had a tendency to crash. Which sometimes damaged windows. Which lead to that I reinstalled windows and everything about each 3 months. Anyhow. before i reinstalled about 6 months ago, my Windows Media Player had a good funcion which i havent been able to get back.

I could anchor it (WMP) to the menubar as a little window. Making it always stay on top (and small) making able to watch movies in the down-right corner while working in other progs. I thought it was a new feautre in WMP but since I reinstalled i havent gotten it back. Does anyone know where i got it?
