    I'm back from Corpus Christi...

I had a great time. Laid on the beach, went horseback riding, went to the USS Lexington (again), went to the Texas State Aquarium (got to pet a stingray), went jetskiing and tubing... I did all sorts of stuff.

My friend Rachael lives down there. She lives here in Dallas for the school. We met last August at UTD. We were both Geology lab partners.. She's great friend.

Unfortunately, I got home yesterday with an illness. I didn't know what it wuz. Until I went to the hospital last night to find out I wuz suffering from heat exhaustion. I wuz there from 9pm until 4am. Something around that. The most awful night of my life. I'm doing better tho. I'm taking medicines and drinking a heck lots of fluids.

Yah, stupid ol me, I spent all day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the sun with no fluids. Except Dr. Pepper and Slurpees.. Pretty smart eh? I got sunburned too..

Here are some pictures. I'm the brunette and Rachael's the blonde.. I do have pics of us in bikinis... but that's private

btw.. we both got henna tattoos. I have a B2 Bomber and she has the symbel of "Hope". it's pretty cool.

Naughty, naughty. Had too much of a good time forgot to look care yourself, did ya Stephie? I can already see your face going all red in these pics.

But at least you had fun and that's what it counts. Get well soon (and drink lotsa water, dammit woman ).

    Welcome home!

Is that your dog or Rachael's? It looks just like my 3 maltese babies! Jasper, Sparky and Missy! So, are the tattoos permanent? I hope not!!! Ouch! If so, old grandma doesn't approve!!

You're both just as cute as can be. Hope you had as much fun as it looks like you had! Take care of yourself and stay out of the sun!!! Of course, today you just had to stay out of the rain.

Yah it's Rachael's. Her name is Daisy. She is the cutest little thing. Every single night, Rachael says to her..."Okay Daisy.. time to go to bed!" Daisy walks around and picks up a shoe with her mouth and takes it with her to bed. So adorable!

The tattoo is henna, which means it's temporary. I would never get a permanent tattoo. Heck no!! Temporary is okay. Henna lasts for 3 weeks, I believe.

This may sound strange... but you look ALOT like my mom.
