legal download on Fahrenheit 9/11

Hey people, I read somwhere that there is a site where we can download Fahrenheit 9/11 legally without going through Kazaa. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Supposedly Michael Moore gave the okay to allow this to happen, so if anybody can find it, it would be awesome.

Does he own the rights on this movie?? I don't think so. ...Thus no legal download possible.

I don't think so either. I just read him saying that although they planned to release the DVD a couple of weeks before the elections, they might keep the film in theatres till early 2005, and release the DVD later.
