The 40yr Old Virgin, This just was not as funny as it was hyped to be.

Snakes on the Plane!!

I wasn't expecting it to be a good movie;

I knew right from the beginning it was a bad movie (sort of like the ones Golan/Globus used to make in the 80s under the Cannon Film label) but my disappointment is it didn't make any money!!

Crying Game

Overhyped movie on 100 critics "Top 10/Best" List which turns out (for me) to be one of the worst and most boring movie I ever seen!!

The movie is on my top 500, I like it.
But I can understand that this is not for everybody, my friend doesn't really like too.
I would like to see more movies with Jaye Davidson, the only he has done beside is Stargate, where he's cool has Ra.

But I have to say that it takes a lot to disapoint me.
I'm ready to like almost every movie, it depend of the moment where a look at them.
Sometimes I want an entertaining movie (like Charlie's Angels), a stylish movie where you don't understand anything (Mulholland Dr.), an overpatriotic movie about your country (15 février 1839), a very dumb movie (RRRrrrr!!!), a guilty pleasure movie that you see x times (Army of Darkness, Ferris Bueller's Day Off), etc.

They didn't kill off any integral characters. They will be back in x-men 4.

thats if they make an x-men4 (altho that is likely) plus pheonix will have to return as the marvel girl or summat. Apart from her death I think it was a lame way of saying "you characters wont be needed for these scenes.. so lets just kill you to add a bit of drama instead of thinking of ways to integrate peoples favourite characters"

plus at the end of the day... im just a fan of xmen 1 and 2... the 3rd did nothing for me..

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom I didn't like for several reasons:

1. Kate Capshaw was miscast; they could had picked a better actress
2. The little kids character was annoying and it took away the fun of the movie
3. The movie was too violent for children and it made it feel like a movie non other than Indiana Jones style (which also lead to the creation of the PG 13 rating)

Empire Strikes Back:

1. the Dagobah scenes were too long and they took away the overall pacing of the film
2. just when it finally got interesting; oh you got to wait 3 years for the sequel

Return of the Jedi:

1. I couldn't stand those Ewoks;
2. The rest of the movie felt like a remake of Star Wars

Instead of rescuing the princess they are rescuing Han
Instead of battling their way out of the Death Star they are battling their way out of Endor
Then there is the part between Luke and the Emperor that just wouldn't stop!!

I wanted to scream out:

Take the BEEP light saber, kill the BEEP Emperor and Get it Over With !!

Couldn't agree with you more. I'll give it another chance when it comes out on DVD, though. Two other films off the top of my head that I found to be overrated are Ace Ventura and The Jerk.
