    Psycho (1960)

    5/5

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0054215/

one of the scariest films off all times without using blood and gore and it's also one of Hitchcock's best film!!

think of all those people in 1960 who were afraid to take a shower after watching this film!!

    Angry

    Trust (2010)

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1529572/

this movie had a good premise: teenage girl meets an online predator and is raped by him and how will her and everyone in her life deal with it?

But the whole movie falls apart due to poorly written characters (Clive Owen and Catherine Keener, go through the motion of the predictable parents) and it's filled with every predictable cliche possible including the cookie cutter FBI agents incompetently trying to catch the rapist.

    David Schwimmer (Ross of Friends) tried to make an intelligent movie with a socially redeeming message but he fails at it;

The only person in the entire cast that took his/her character seriously and gave it 110% is 16 year old Liana Liberato (15 at the time she made this film) as the teenage girl who was raped.

The final result is a movie that just dragged on and dragged on and it would had played out better on Lifetime or A&E or even ABC Family as the Movie of the Week.

You will be more entertained if you watched Hard Candy (2005) with Ellen Page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0424136/, an acclaimed film with a similar plot, than this borefest!!

My advice to David Schwimmer, stop directing and stick to playing whiny characters like Ross Geller and Melman of Madagascar!!

It's the only roles you are good at: whiny and cry baby!!

    I rate this movie 1.25/5!!

    Love and Other Drugs (2010)

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0758752/

    3.5/5

If you think you know what this movie is about after watching the Trailer, you are wrong.

If the ending doesn't jerk a few tears from you, you are cold and heartless!!

The Spy Who Came in from the Cold (1965)

    5/5

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059749/

yet another Excellent Celluloid adaptation of a John Le Carre novel.

This movie realistically portrays the little known trade of Espionage and its operatives: it's cold, it's not glamorous, it's tedious, it's dangerous!!

It's not splashy and fun and exciting and all glitter and fame and gadgets like it's unrealistically portrayed in the Bond and Bourne films

Richard Burton shines as the alcoholic, aging, disgraced and depressed Spy operative who had enough of the trade but once again, he's pulled back in for one more mission.

Where's the rest of the movie?!?

What a waste of my time!!

    Conan the Barbarian (2011)
    2/5
The beginning was great (when Conan was a boy) but the rest of the movie was just plain stupid!
I didn't mind the actor playing the older Conan but the script writers gave him nothing to work with!
Plus the filmmakers seemed like they were trying too hard to get an 'R' rating.

I agree... it was good when Conan was a little boy and I thought:

    Die Wannseekonferenz (TV 1984)

    5/5

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088377/

what gives 12 men the right to decide the fate of 11 million Jews in Europe and Russia and the fate of millions of non-Jews Poles, the gypsies, the homosexuals, the handicapped and mentally challenged?

I know at Nuremberg Trial, they used the defense that they were following orders but still, as Men and as a Human Being, you have the conscience to know what's right and what's wrong!!

this was the biggest surprise of 2011 to me, Hardkore!

I went into the theater thinking: "another reboot/remake!! if it's no good, I will walk out of the theater in the first 10 min!!"

I saw it at the $1 theater on 75 cents All Day Tuesday so walking out will be easy but it turned out to be not so.

    I gave it 4/5 !!

I hope you stayed til the end of the credits!!
