Question Self-Expanding Ads

Still love the new site format, but have been having a continuing issue.

The banner ads and the right-side square ads sometimes self expand, without moving the cursor over them. Although each ad has an ability to close it, this creates an issue when the square ad hides the close switch for the expanded banner ad.

Any thoughts?

I have to say self expanding ads are getting highly annoying all over the net.
