Movies within video games
Hi everyone! I'm trying to put together a list of video or computer games with 30 minutes or more of movie footage, particularly movies that are well done. The list will be used to examine what themes are being discussed in. Anyone know of any good ones? I already have all the final fantasy and metal gear solid movies.

Thanks people, these are great. I heard that the first Jedi Knight had real film cutscenes, can anyone confirm this rumor?

Does anyone know anything about Act of War?
http://dlx.gamespot.com/pc/actofward...o_6116389.html
I heard it's supposed to have a bunch of 35mm fake newsreel footage, but I'm wondering if the game is any good? I tried to d/l the demo, but my computer's not up to spec. Anyone played it?

They got like 45 mins (if im not mistaken) of film in Act of War. have tried it and its not to bad, not to good either
Oh btw Crusader No Remorse and Crusader No Regret got some cinematics in also (dunno if it more then30 mins though),
If ya wanna laughter, Giants Citizen Kabuto has some hilarious *ingame* cutscenes. Man that is a great game.
with *ingame* i mean cinematics that have been made using the engine which Giants uses.

a massive Wing Commander 4 fan. The game did take 10 million to make cose of all the professional footage used. I think it has the best intro in a game.

Giants Citizen Kabuto!!!! I forgot about that game entirely. I never got to finish that either, I played some at my buddy's apartment. Thanks, that's awesome. I am gonna have to find some way of managing all this - I want to include cutscenes and *ingame* stuff - but it's harder to document those...
Act of War is so so huh. I heard it was supposed to be the new C&C:Generals and all this hype. I was looking forward to it cuz the storyline is written by one of my fave authors, Dale Brown. I thought the plot would be good, anyway. Have you played Red Alert 2? Is Act of War like that?
