Plot: Set in 19th Century England, this is the story of Nicholas Nickleby, and his family, who have always enjoyed a comfortable life, until his father dies, leaving them penniless. So, Nicholas and his sister and mother journey to London to live with their Uncle Ralph, whom they soon discover does not have kind intentions for any of them, scattering them apart from each other.
