If a guy has a camera, he's gonna shoot a documentary exposing Michael Moore... Sorry, but it seems like everybody is doing it.

Doesn't look much different from Moore's 'documentary'. Hell, its election season...propaganda machines roll non-stop this time of year.

Here, I thought this might help you out.

"34 million American adults are obese. Putting together that excess blubber would fill the Grand Canyon two-fifths of the way up. That may not sound impressive, but keep in mind it is a very big canyon."

Nice. Yeah, these aren't documentaries. They are propoganda films. This doesn't mean they aren't well-made... I thought F9/11 was very well-made... but far from being a documentary.

I agree whole-heartedly, that's why I posted the link. F9/11 may have been well made, but you can't believe it any more than you can believe a historical action flick like, say, Troy or Terminal. It has real people and real events...but since it's written and cut for dramatic purposes, you can't believe what you see. Good point, Mark. Thanks.

After watching F9/11, I've second guessed all of Michael Moore's docs, books, and t.v. shows.

A quick glance tells me that most of these deceits are in the head of the author and that he's missing the point mostly.

Also, how many people did MM's movie kill? How many did the deceit by the Bush/Cheney administration? Focus on the IMPORTANT issues. Why is the US right more concerned about an American moviemaker making an oped piece but not by the ridiculous overspending by an administration that's doing exactly what she claimed Gore would do:

    http://www.moderateindependent.com/v1i11gore.htm

Let's look at another comment from the 2000 President Debate in Wake Forest. Tell me if you can guess who said the following:

Asked, "Should the people of the world look at the United States... and say, should they fear us? Should they welcome our involvement? Should they see us as a friend, everybody in the world? How do you -- how would you project us around the world, as president?"

The candidate replied, "It really depends upon how our nation conducts itself in foreign policy. If we're an arrogant nation, they'll resent us. If we're a humble nation but strong, they'll welcome us. And our nation stands alone right now in the world in terms of power, and that's why we've got to be humble and yet project strength in a way that promotes freedom. We're a freedom-loving nation. And if we're an arrogant nation, they'll view us that way, but if we're a humble nation, they'll respect us."

Yes, although this sounds like exactly what the Democrats - Al Gore in particular - said in the lead up to the war in Iraq in beckoning the President not to alienate our allies and rush to war without UN involvement, this statement was actually made by then-Governor Bush back on that day exactly 11 months before 9/11 occurred.
    If you distrust the source:

Kerry's a "flip-flopper" because he's changed his position on some things over a 30 year period, but Dubya doesn't get flak for doing the exact opposite of his promises... What "liberal" media?
