Batman Begins...again
Do you think that the Batman movies should all be remaid? If so, why or whynot?
Im not going to give away the movie's awsome scenes, but at the end of Batman Begins an oppening for a sequal is left, does this mean we will be seeing more of the golden classics done by Micheal Keaton, Val Kilmer, and George Clooney remaid by our new friend Christian Bale?

I dident vote in the pole cos i think my opinion is not coverd by any of the 3 points
Imo i would love em to make more batman movies if they keep the standard of Batman Begins witch was a awsome movie... but that dosent IMO meen they are remaking the burton classics... i cant se a problem with us getting the best of bouth worlds.. its not like the burton movies will get overwritten or deleted when new movies are made... so bring it on... i realy enjoyed Batman Begins and would love more..
Fed7haSShe's just too pretty for Hollywood. I don't know, put her in a glass box and display her at the Metropolitan Museum of Art or something. - Jake on the topic of Scarlett Johansson.

Where's the "I don't mind. Bring em on" option in the poll?
Personally I won't go so far saying "Out with the old, in with the new". The Burton and Schumacher films will always be 4 of my favourite films (don't start with me about Batman & Robin). Meanwhile I also like "Batman Begins" and would of course like to see the continuation of the story. So there.Last edited by editman; 08-04-2005 at 05:30 PM.

No way. I vote no tampering.

I say. do more "Begins" movies. I dont see them as a remake of the old. But a new version. Im halfvays with editman on this. I love the first 2. And whatever comes now will not change that, so make move good movies. =)

I think Batman and Batman Returns were GREAT movies. But I think, for a movie based on the novels, Christian Bale was phenominal as the Dark Knight. I do hope they make more. I'm going with Gaumont on this one. The Batman Begins are not remakes of the first 4 Batman movies, They are movies based on novels, which were based on comic books.

I found it hard to follow but still a good
movie, few bad points i think like Chris
pointed out, why did he wait so long to
avenge his parents death?
Also, why was it THAT far into the movie that
they died? and what the hell went on in the
beginning, showing a guy being trained up
just so that you would know who he was when
he trains Batman up, i found that to be
dissapointing.
But overall i really enjoyed the movie,
seeing Batman in a different light. :big grin:My most awaited movie this September...
1. The Business :big grin:
2. Wolf Creek
