Found some interesting news in upcoming films. I found out that two more video games are becoming movies as we speak except these are horror games; a different level of games than the normal ones that we've seen.

First off, Fatal Frame. Tecmo has teamed up with Dreamworks to produced the movie and guess who's the director? Never would have guess that the man to direct it would actually produced the film. It is, never-the-less, Steven Spielberg! Maybe we will get a good video game movie for once? This one debuts this year. I don't think it'll make the deadline.

Now lastly, Silent Hill. Konami has teamed up with Davis Films (anyone heard of this company?) to produced this movie and it seems like they're going to be making their own story from what it's suggesting. The movie is schedule to release in 2006 sometime and the director is David Cronenberg. In my opinion though, this one is going to suck because of Quentin Tarantino is writing the script.

GAGH!! So we have new movies. I'm looking more forward to Fatal Frame though. But making video games into movies.....the movie industry really needs to take a break from this.
