And the French equivalent, some 150+ trailers and clips:
    http://www.allocine.fr/video/haute_definition.html

Note trailers on the two sites are (mostly?) not identical, ASAIK.

Agreed. I don't know how they can call that high-def...
Unless I'm doing something wrong, they're mostly around 480x360...

Well, they are around 640 x ??? (in the window they look like 480, but when you save as, they in bigger format). I know this is not HD, but I can refresh my collection of trailers with some better resolution. And I found some new trailer that I never seen "Arsene Lupin" (I didn't know Eva Green was playing in that movie), "Le couperet", "Le Passager de l'été", "OSS 117" (Nice James Bond spoof), "Anthony Zimmer" ... I'm just beginning. For now I look the French site, later I will go to the UK one.

@JackieNoy: I didn't find them. I knew about the French site when looking for a QT version of the Arthur and the Minimoys French trailer.

I didn't know about the English site until IGT started bumping all those old threads with these (with sarcasm) 'better quality international trailers'. I thought might as well make a thread about the sites once and for all, so people can dig up whatever IGT chooses not to post.

Crap quality 640x and speeded up like madness I know. But hey, can't do much about it with PAL-sourced material. I didn't call them HD myself

That's precisely why when it comes to quality QT encoding, Movie-List is still on top of the game.

I am interested in those trailers, specially in the French ones if they have original French trailers.

Direct links will be greatly appreciated, but I am not requesting nothing. If someone can tell me how to obtain direct links via PM, maybe I will try to get some by myself.

For now, I'm just for the french ones, I don't know if this work for the UK site.

    1. Go To http://www.allocine.fr/video/haute_definition.html
    2. Found The IDNUMBER of the trailer, mostly 8 numbers, for that open the link in a new window, you will have in the adress line something like (javascript:%20FenACVision(18635902,'',null,null,null,'HD')). Copy/Paste the number.
    3. Open the Page: h t t p://www.allocine.fr/webtv/acvision.asp?nopub=1&cvid=IDNUMBER&player=QT&debit=HD
    (example http://www.allocine.fr/webtv/acvisio...er=QT&debit=HD )
    4. Go to the menu Edit --> Source, search for the ".mov" link.

This is my way, I don't know if there are easiest way, but it's a clue to start.

Rest assured, I'm working on the list of direct links (and categorising them so people can choose to DL only the ones not available in the US/other sites and/or different from the US domestic version, or DL them lot).

I'm just really snowed under with paid work currently. And this takes time.

Okay, folks. As they say in Japan: Madasedana (sorry to keep you waiting).

As stated above I've been listing and cross-checking these Allocine trailers. I'm still working on it, but I'll be listing below all the available titles in order of worthinesss to DL/re-DL. Most of them are trailers not previously posted ASAIK.

In brackets are my footnotes briefly on some of these trailers (ie why they are worthy of DLing).

I must emphasise that one shouldn't feel the pressure of DLing them lot. Ultimately it's your own choice of what you're gonna pick from the list.

If I make a mistake please correct me - after 10 hours+ staring at the screen I now only see red and green.

Unfortunately these files are currently offline or corrupted: Batman Begins: Teaser 1, Batman Begins: Teaser 2, Batman Begins: Teaser 3, The Devil's Rejects: Trailer 2, March of the Penguins: Trailer 2, The Mighty Celt, The Omen: Teaser, The Ringer, Scary Movie 4, Take the Lead

The list starts from next post:
