Question about those bars in signatures
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
I've noticed that more and more of you guys have a bar in your signature that has a series of things about you on a rotation. Where do you get one of those?
ThanksYou're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

I got most of the graphics from userbars.org and userbars.com, although a few of them I made myself (including the attached ML bar, which everyone is free to use if they want). If you want to make them yourself, the size is 350 pixels wide by 19 pixels tall.
I put them together myself using GIMP, although most good photo editors can handle an animated gif. It is basically a picture with each graphic on a different layer and saved so each layer is a frame. Just be sure the time between each frame is long enough that you can read it. GIMP defaults to .1 seconds, which is way, way too fast. I have mine set to 2 seconds. I tried 1.5 seconds, but that seemed too fast.
(On a side note, I finally found one thing I like about Photoshop that GIMP doesn't do right... with Photoshop, every time I paste in a picture or part of a picture from another source, Photoshop puts it on it's own layer, with GIMP, I have to manually create each layer, which is easy enough to do but a pain when working with lots of layers.)
The animation between frames isn't anything to write home about, but most online userbar animators I saw limited to 10, which meant multiple bars. My bar has 28 and counting.

I was curious about these bars also...
