Man charged with riding bicycle

In an inventive new entry to the field of unusual crimes, a Scottish man has been charged with having simulated sex with a bicycle.

Robert Stewart, from Ayr, allegedly was naked from the waist down in a hostel room when two cleaners walked in. They say they were shocked to find him mock-copulating with a bicycle – and that he continued to do so as they looked on, the Sunday Mail reports.

He has been charged with conducting himself in a disorderly manner. His solicitor, Gerry Tierney, said: 'My client denies the allegations and intends to defend the charge vigorously.'

Stewarts says that the incident was all a misunderstanding, partly due to the fact that he'd had too much to drink.

When asked about the alleged bicycle-sexing, the Sunday mail reports that Stewart replied: 'You'll need to ask the cleaners why they would say that. It's a lot of rubbish, a lot of rubbish.'

Whatever happen to knocking before entering?

There is nothing wrong about a man having sex with a bicycle!! (>_<)
What people do in their room behind closed door should be their own business.
He didn't rape a minor or something as I know, he "just" make looove to a bicycle... (^_^')
This is what I would say if "I" was is lawyer.
What about the cleaners, they were shocked, so?? A little bit of privacy here.

I have to tell that to my mom and grand-mom. We live in that world.
A world of disrespect for the client.

I agree with Nance, it certainly seems harmless. This will just cost taxpayers money for the case and nothing good will come from it. The justice system should focus more on security and less on trivial stuff like this.

On YouTube, I had see an guy having "pleasure" with a car tire in the show The L Word.
If you can have sex with a tire, you can have sex with a bicycle. I prefer living with the mystery...

I think in our case this is more simulation, then the cleaners are really really childish..
