    Grand Theft Auto Movie

    In the November issue of OPM (Official Playstation Magazine), Rockstar Entertainment reported that they are wanting to make a movie version of their acclaimed videogame series, Grand Theft Auto. They say they haven't found a company that they are happy with yet. Noone has given them anything promising yet and Rockstar doesn't want to ruin the GTA title with a crappy movie.

    well I do hope so they get a good director and script =)

    u do know GTA3 has NO values at all. I guess thats why no one wants to make a movie from it. The stories aren't too brilliant too. With the terrorist events happening, GTA3 is a very bad idea to throw in now since its a game on only violent and immorals.

    Don't get me wrong... I am 100% to see a movie like this. Just speaking for the mass and y it won't be made!

    I actually think this could turn out OK. Give it the games satarical edge and it could turn out to be the next robocop.

    Haven't played too much GTA3 but if I remember correctly there was a bit of a story. Nothing movie worthy I think but something to build on. And of course they'd need more plot and dialog to go with stealing cars, gunning down people and evading arrest

    I doubt that it would just be running over innocent people for an hour and a half. There'd be more purpose to the crime spree (plot wise)
