Just gave it a quick spin, seemed pretty good, faster, neater but there was one major problem. Ads. I'll stick with Firefox and AdBlock Plus ta very much.

I gave it a quick spin myself. Other than maybe the startup, I didn't notice a speed difference. The design was very clean... I could almost say spartan. But it seemed to perform well.

However, I noticed that it ran the process "GoogleUpdate.exe" constantly in the background, even when the browser was shut down. I wouldn't mind that running when the browser is on, but I have enough bogging down my Windows computer at work without processes running unnecessarily in the background, so I uninstalled Chrome. I'll stick with Firefox.

I have since heard some interesting things that were in the Chrome EULA. I missed those when I installed it.

    Google is growing so fast!
I would not be surprised if/when they release an OS.

Here is the offending passage. The bold was made by me.

Apparently, online backlash has already led Google to change the EULA.
