    It sounded like the 1930's version of the HEAT soundtrack that Michael Mann happen to directed. Other than that it could be the music from the movie that hasn't released yet.

    Trailer Music for Public Enemies

    They used the Otis Taylor song "Ten Million Slaves" along with the score for the 25th hour at the end.
