    Earth (Documentary)

    Has anyone seen Earth ?
    http://www.youtube.com/user/LionsgateFilmsUK

I'm really curious to see how similar it is to Planet Earth.

Is it still worth seeing in the just for the cinema experience?

Does Patrick Stewart make it better than Attenburough?

    Is there any new footage?

What is the average wing span of a swallow?

I'm a huge fan of the TV show and totally plan on seeing this but I'm curious about the inside track.

I'd also like to know more about this... since the trailer seems to have scenes that I've already seen in Planet Earth.
They aren't similar... they are the same scenes.

Very nice trailer, would be nice to have that one in HD.

I've seen the movie on the big screen. I'ts breathtaking!

If you've watchted "Planet Earth" on TV you know much of the footage they show. But it's quite a new experience on the big screen.

Regarding the narrator I do prefer David Attenborough over Patrick Stewart, even if he has quite a nice voice too.

I recommand "Earth" to everyone who liked "Planet Earth" on TV.

Great to hear it's worth it.
I watched Planet Earth on my tiny tiny TV at home and thought it was fantastic. I then saw an episode at my friends house in HD and
    WOW
So in the cinema, as you say I hope is worth it.

Nobody can beat Attenburough when it comes to nature film narration, he's just the best of the best.

    Warning!

Looks like there are two different renditions of the Planet Earth Trailer -- basically two different narrators -- some different shots as well

    Patrick Stewart

    James Earl Jones

On the ML page, these trailers are not clearly separated. This is important because of what was done with the Planet Earth miniseries this is based off of -- different scripts! While the clips below don't remakably vary in information, there are examples in both redinitions of being given information that is not in the other. I hope and pray that this is not done with the movie version

    Discovery Channel (w/ Sigourney Weaver)

    BBC (with Richard Attenbourough)
