In order to cut down on spammers, users will no longer be allowed signatures until they have 10 posts.

This shouldn't affect any older members, but if you do find that there's a problem with your signature not showing up, please let me know.

Excellent, this should definitely help getting rid of these "One Time Newbies".
They were actually getting smarter, they would join and post some "clean" posts, then go back a few days/weeks later and Spam their signature thinking nobody would notice, wrong !!!!!!!!
