    some good news about Star Trek 11

    Brent Spiner was on BBC Radio Swindon and said the movie NEMEISN did ok business and because of that that DATA will be back again...despite the fact he had an inkling to do other things, and that is was supposed to be THE NEXT GEN's last chapter.

    Spiner said the new idea is a 'crossover' movie, and he believes Data, will be a central character in that, possibly promoted up via the system.

    "Nemesis was supposed to be our maiden voyage, but who can leave such a great franchise that easily. We're all going to do another one, only this time they're going to mix it up a bit - possibly giving Data a commanding role to play; and bringing in some of the folks from enterprise and some of the other great spin offs".

    Spiner burst into laughter when asked to talk about "Master of Disguise". saying "next question".
