Recompiling My Own Blu Ray Disc
I bought a compilation of Monster Movies. Universal 8 Original Horror Classics. UK version. The original discs play, but do so erratically on my American Players. I have software that successfully will put the files on to my computer. Is there a simple program that will take my m2ts files, add a "Chooser" file and make a Blu-ray disc that will play in regular players, using original subtitles, audio sources, etc. already encoded in the m2ts files?
(I hope for any help with terminology that I can get as well)

Not sure what you're trying to do exactly, but if you're talking about playing them on a PC, use VLC and it should play any region without any issues.
Otherwise, you will need something like DVDFab or AnyDVD HD, other than that you should probably locate a specific forum which deals in this type of activity, we are not them.
I can't see through walls, but I can kick your ass.
