    BB CA SteelBook

BB CA lists a 4K SteelBook at $24.99?
I would bet that it's listed incorrectly and it's the same offering as BB US, in other words a 2K/DVD Combo.
They are repeating the Tomb Raider 4K SteelBook fiasco.

There is a 4K Steelbook in the UK I believe. Maybe it’s like Life 4K which was 4K only in Canada where as the US had 2k.

$24.99 is not the usual price break for a 4K SteelBook, or any "new" 4K release for that matter.
All the 4K SteelBooks at Best Buy start at $29.99

    Amazon lists the pre-order for the 2K Combo @ $24.96, and the 4K @ $29.96

Anyone purchasing this SteelBook for the 4K content should expect to be seriously disappointed is all I'm saying.

The non-steelbook Blu-ray is priced at $24.99 and the non-steelbook 4K is priced at $29.99.

Going to agree with jacques on this one -- it's a misprint.

Looks like it was a price error. It’s now $31.99.

That's more like it for a 4K, but I'm still not sure what to expect since it took them months to actually fix the "Tomb Raider" mess. Either way it's a bonus for anyone who pre-ordered if it's actually a 4K, you pay the initial price of $24.99.

I think I will have to call BBYC's Customer Service to see if they are going to honour initial initial price of $24.99 or make us pay the new $31.99 price.

I wouldn’t call cause they might just cancel the orders Cull Obsidian. They will honour them as they have in the past with other orders like Wonder Woman and a few others

Good point Leprekon as the saying goes it is better to let sleeping dogs lie. But, seeing how Best Buy Canada never does a automatic price adjustment when they lower the price of a steelbook; this will be the time they do to in order to increase the price.

It’s listed as Bluray/DVD combo now and not 4K.

Well this keeps getting better and better with BBY Canada first the online pre order price went from 24.99 to $31.99; now it has downgraded from a 4K/Bluray Steelbook combo to a Bluray/DVD combo. I think I will be cancelling this order and I may decide if I really want to reorder this from BBY USA and/or I may not purchase this steelbook altogether. I am not truly happy about the way things are going with them.

As expected, things are now all screwed up even worse.

At this point I'm pretty certain that it's a 2K Combo, and BB will adjust the price slightly lower on the release date.
Either way, for those who pre-ordered, it's still a good deal at $24.99 for the 2K Combo, anyone who orders now, not so much.

BB might as well give up, all they're doing is pissing off more customers with their half ass operation here in Canada.

Has there been a release date yet? I’m guessing July as that’s about the 3 month mark. I do agree Jacques1400 I have no idea what they are doing but looking at the prices posted DVD-$19.99, Bluray-$24.99, 4k-$29.99 and Steelbook is $31.99 not sure if they will lower the price as aren’t they always more money then the amaray 4k movies?
