Well after being told they did not get there shipment; I went to see the movie Skyscraper located at the same mall were my Sunrise Records is located. I then decided to walk over there to see what they had and low and behold to my surprise they had the steelbook, bluray, 4K and DVD of Rampage; also in addition they had a steelbook copy put off to the side for me. I was told the shipment came in later that day; I have to say Sunrise Records never ceases to amaze me and their customer service is incredible.

@Cull Obsidian, i know its off-topic, but i work at a Sunrise in Montreal (and at HMV back then), and im glad you liked your experience over there. I know that Sunrise really want us as employee to focus all our attention on the customer service, so im glad its like that in other stores too. I always try to buy from canadian businesses, so im glad sunrise are starting to get more exclusives.
