    The price tag reflects the Collectors edition... I guess it you want a light up slip cover and gift box you'll be paying almost double...

    I really hope the Final steelbook ART is good cause I'm not interested in the price tag of the slipcase lol

    It's definitely not for everyone, but I personally couldn't pass on that offering.
    I stated several times, I limit myself to North American offerings for the most part, as a 4K package it would have been a pass since that's what we'll get here, but what sold me was the 3D option and that's not going to happen on this continent.

    Agreed, they'll probably offer a stand alone 3D SteelBook as well, but I also have a weakness for slipcovers.

    I hope so cause I'm the 3D guy lol lol lol... but with the conversion that Collectors edition isn't cheap by any means... enjoy...

    Do Zavvi Steelbook covers usually differ from what we get at Best Buy? I was hoping for one with just the captain marvel symbol from somewhere ideally!

    They're inconsistent, lately it appears they favour the North American artwork more often than not for new stuff.
    Sorry I can't help you out more than that, just keep checking their site for the official artwork.

    I know this is not written in stone but it looks like the Captain Marvel Blu-ray release date is estimated for June 2019 and will be available on Digital HD from Amazon Video and iTunes is estimated for June 2019. Hopefully Best Buy Canada gets the steelbook and does not pass on this movie.

    Sorry for the confusion @Scotty_Whispers I wish that was the post I could of made; but alas no such luck. Hopefully if what I read was true we may see Best Buy Canada have it up for online preorders sometime in May. I do not see why BBY Canada will not get this steelbook seeing how they are re-releasing all 3 of the 4K/Bluray combo steelbooks of the Captain America movies. Well as fast as these months are flying by we will find out soon enough.
