That's correct, the ProRes were posted and removed but you have high quality MKV's and 1080P encodes to choose from.
All Prores encodes posted, sooner or later get deleted off the servers, to make room for new ones.
The threads specify the process for requesting them, and they are considered on a case by case basis only.
