* This is actually a hidden feature in the MGM Spinal Tap SE DVD. For some reason it can only be accessed directly by playing Title '19' or '12' or something I can't remember exactly, or as far as I know. It is exactly the same as the 'Cheese' trailer, except it's in 4:3 ratio, with far interior image quality. It has, however, "Coming Soon to a theatre near you" at the end of the trailer, unlike the 16:9 counterpart.

Eventually (and hopefully) these will all be converted in Quicktime format and posted to the Forum's Trailer News section.

It's hard to believe that someone with a title of Trailer Master, which is also very active in the areas normally connected with broadband, can stay on the top with dial-up.

Is it at least ISDN?

What I'm trying to say is that he would deserve respect even if he would be on T1.

I wrote most of my replies during daytime in office (yep it's yet another abuse of office networks usage! ). I seldom check the Forum during nighttime or weekends, and those are the times I FTP my trailers to tisoy. At home. On a 56k dial-up! (That is if I don't have a lot of/any trailers to download.)

You may have noticed some of the trailers have alrady added to Movie-List Classics and Forum Exclusives.

tisoy, I believe, is working on converting some others and posting to the Trailer News thread.

Of course it's still open for everyone to grab if you want any of these trailers. Just PM my manager... I mean tisoy.

Bad news, folks.

tisoy is departing this Forum and closing his FTP server. So I can't send him any more trailers.

There will be no more updates from now on. Any one wants any of the vob files from the list, talk to me. You have to bare with dial-up uploads though.

Okay, I've edited the first post of this thread so now it's like a list of vob trailers available from yours truly.

From now on I will FTP trailers to JPB's server by request only (eg Night of the Living Dead), since I don't know what JPB wants for M-L Classics.

No worries, mate. Still it's up to JPB of whether adding it to M-L Classics.

Personally I don't think the original NOLD trailer (from Elite Entertainment's Millennium Edition of the movie) is really great. Very B-grade. Almost hilarious now watching it.

Good news. tisoy is re-opening his FTP for a limited time until he heads off to boot camp. So more uploads from me to his server. And hopefully more trailers will be converted and posted.

Meanwhile if anyone wants anyone trailer from the list please let me know. I can either send you the vob file or FTP to JPB (can't gaurantee it'll get converted and posted).
