    Anybody see "Tears of the Sun"??

    I saw it last night.

    Yahoo movies gave it a C+ rating, but I think it at least should have gotten a B+. Being in the military... I was able to spot a lot of unrealistic events, but overall, it was a pretty good movie.

    ToS was a lot better than I expected. Great action, cinematography, and acting. Just a bit too preachy for an action movie. I didn't mind the first half was dramatic and the second half was balls-out action, but the film would've been effective it stayed it's course.

    I liked it. I think it kept the drama going pretty well the whole movie. It entertained me and that's all I ask for.

    Are there NE _realistic_ war movies? I mean in portraying combats, strategies, communication or escalation procedures?

    I saw it. I thought it was really good. Granted, I'm no Navy SEAL so I couldn't tell you how realistic it was. But to my eyes, it made sense. Plus I read that one of the guys in the platoon actually WAS a Recon Marine and served for 4 or 5 years or something. I'm sure that helped them out with realism.

    What did you guys think of Monica Bellucci?
