Movie-List Chat Room

I've created a very simple Java chatroom on my server for anybody who wants to participate in a Movie-List chat. I know there have been some people asking for it, and JP didn't want to take it on, so I decided to. Now, this is unmoderated, so try to keep it civil. We can set up a weekly or bi-weekly chat depending on what you guys want. Also, please try to keep the same nicknames that you use here on the forums to avoid too much confusion. Me, I'm SupaDupaStrube, but that's pretty self-explanitory. Anyway, here's the link:

How about we set up a Movie-List chat for every Monday night? Lets try to work out a time that's good for everyone? I say 9pm CST.

yea u americans can chat with eachother.

9pmCST is 4am for ppl like me, ZUBi, tisoy, finne. and 3am for england.

more realistic to go at it around 2400 (here)

maybe 10pm for you guys in europe.... 9pm for england..... and 3pm CST for america on sundays? sunday is a non-work and non-school day so it's just an idea.....

(or whenever on sunday... it can be our chat day)

But I work weekends.

I vote for the early morning slot. I have to get up at 5:00AM on weekends anyway so a couple of hours early wont kill me.

if you wanna do the early morning thing then be at the chat early monday morning.... it's only nighttime for us americans when it's early for you... so that will be sunday nite and yay that works!

i was in there the other day.. tagged my name on the topic

hehehe.. doesnt matter what time.. i am generally awake at random hours

so its pointless me trying to create a schedule

If anyone uses mIRC or any other IRC program and doesn't want to access it via the Java plugin.. you can get to it by using the following information:

Server : chat.planetz.net
In mIRC just type "/server chat.planetz.net"

Once you connect just type:
/j movielistchat

Mark has set it so that only ops can change the topic

no more taggin for me hehehehe.. ooh well!
