    http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/

I just love this program. my perfect sollution for DivX playing.
& now also plays QuickTime mov files (& full screen is no problem)...

I also use program program for subtitles:
    VobSub 2.23 (still)
just make that AVI & SUB/SRT file are the same name
(like Rambo.avi, Rambo.sub or srt; in the same DIRectory ofcours)

PERFECT DUO, I TELL YAA !

    Yeah!
I've been using it for a while now, after ZUBi made recommendation and now the latest release just kicks ***. I can feed to the playlist whole folder of trailers (couple of Gigs on HDD), sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

If I feel like it I can even make my own selection of trailers before watching the main attraction, without those pesky commercials (seen in cinemas).

Big thanks to ZUBi for this!

    lets add some more

simply why?! because, I JUST LOVE THIS PLAYER!

    here:
    http://www.movie-list.com/forum/show...&threadid=6962

    or (rather) read here (hehehe):

    tisoy says:
try MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC for QT, its very good
    http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Players/mpc2kxp6463.zip
IT plays all media files !!!!
    ZUBi says:
MPC - Media Player Classic 6.4.6.3 (momentarely)

    for formats:

avi/divx, DVD, mov, wmv, asf, asx, rm/ram...

play all this formats with no problem (!).
just 1 EXE file. no installing needed.

no need for any other software player
(OK, WinDVD or PowerDVD for DVD CD's)

2 versions included (for 98/Millenium & 2k/XP). then just associate all those format to this player & VIOLA! :big grin:

BTW: also nice logos are included in latest (i think) version
    Option/Player/Logo

the only thing I'm missing with MPC is option to delay playback, so I wouldn't have to run to living room, after pressing play, to watch movies/trailers on TV.

Of course I can simply put a trailer infront of the movie (playlist rulz) and get a drink or go to WC before movie starts.

MPC can Play Mov and RealMedia with :

Real Alternative which provide MPC too and Quicktime Alternative at

    Freecodecs

We must bear in mind that MPC can handle Matroska, the new, extensible open standard Audio/Video container format with
    Matroska Playback

You can add several audio track, video track and subtitles into on files and more

Matroska is the future :big grin:
