    Insomniacs More Aggravated by Daily Stress

    People with insomnia appear to be more aggravated by the minor stresses that pop up in daily life and rate their lives as more stressful than those who get good zzz's, new research from Canada suggests.

    The team of scientists was lead by the amazing Captain Obvious, who went on record to state "There is still no cure for cancer, but atleast we know this!"

    I can't function without a ton of sleep. I don't know how some people do it. I have friends that go to bed a 1AM regularly and then are ready for the bus at 7AM no problem.

    I'm tired by 10PM but usually am up till 11:30 with homework and then I have trouble getting up at 7 to get to school by 8

    I need more sleep

    I go to bed at 2:00am regularly but on weekends I have to get up at 5:00am so I try to be in bed for 1. If I'm still up I just don't go to bed.

    Work depresses me then though.
