How about adding on the forum page a "how to section" (with things like "how to post", ettiquitte, and rules for each "sub"-forum like"movie news")?

This would first allow newbies to enter the movie-list universe easier, and would serve as a reminder to the old-timers (myself included, mind you) on the proper ways to do things.
