    the animatrix

(Final Flight of The Osiris) (The Second Renaissance: Parts 1 and 2) (Kid's Story) (Detective Story) (Program) (World Record) (Beyond) (Matriculated)

i just saw them and they are ok, I expected a bit more but I am really not a big anime fanatic. I really liked "World Record" and The Second Renaissance: 2 is really BRUTAL, but my favorite is still Detective Story

ohhh and Kid's Story is also good, my fav looking animation and they used Juno Reactor - Masters of the Universe for the OST =)

I think some of you already saw it, what you think ?

Yeah but you disliked Final Flight Of Osiris which I just saw today attached to Dreamcatcher and really enjoyed it. Somehow the CGI characters and action felt much more solid and real than the actual movie.

Final Flight Of Osiris is weakest among them, no substance at all, just good looking CGI.... i think Cell based animation still gives the best emotions and feeling. It also has direct connection to the artist...

Final Flight is weak cose is supposed to be a the story starter for Enter The Matrix & The Matrix: Reloaded

But considering that, its a good way to start off the story.

Actually, SVCD is the DVDRips format. The highest viewable quality you can get that Animatrix DVD is out is the SVCD DVDRip.

I just hope the 9 shorts will be worth the AUD$14 when I go to see it next week.

Actually... a DVDR is a direct hardware copy and not a rip itself.
But of course an original hardware copy of a DVD would be the best. Its just the DVD itself.
But going for viewable rip formats, SVCD is it.
