EUREKA! E + X + Y = THE PERFECT MOVIE?
According to a British academic, there is a formula for the perfect movie that will always ensure box office success. After analysing different film genres frame by frame to see which elements were present and what made them successful, Sue Clayton from London University has concluded that, to guarantee success, the film must have 30% action, 17% comedy, 13% good vs evil, 12% sex and romance, 10% special effects, 10% plot (!!) and 8% music. The movie that closest matched the magic mix of ingredients was Toy Story 2.

HANNIBAL JR
Producer, Dino De Laurentiis has revealed that the Hannibal Lecter character may be cooking up more surprises for us in yet another movie in the series. But this time, Lecter might be in short pants. The Lecter Variation: The Story of Young Hannibal Lecter is a prequel that looks at the early years of the serial killer with a taste for human parts. Author, Thomas Harris, is plotting out the details of the story that covers Lecter’s childhood in Lithuania during World War II, his teenage years in Paris and his emigration to the USA in his early 20s. Four actors at ages 12, 16, 20 and 25 would be required for the role.
