    When users are removed (for abuse, double-accounts, etc.) they are not re-used.
    So we've reached Member #1000, but that dosen't mean that there are 1000 members... yet.

    Ahhh. That makes sense.

    Soo... we have had over 1000 members join, but jerks don't count, so we're only at 991.

    Actually that's really good compaired to some other boards I've been to. They either have:
    a/ A lot of bans
    b/ Idiots, trolls and spammers roaming free

    We have the same problem on some of the board I post on.

    People will make new accounts because they forget their password, or they want a name to hind behind so they can make fun of other people.
