This is basically just a Twilight Zone story made into a full-length movie... but it does look like it could be pretty good. And I think the Staind music probably does work better (I never saw the version with Coldplay so I couldn't say). The print they've sent to theaters has the Staind music in it (I saw it a few weeks ago with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre).
